We have been notified of new Russian Visa Registration procedures, effective immediately (brought in on 08 July 2018). You may no longer register visas at the offices of Visa Support providers.   All visas must be registered by the host (e.g. hotel, hostel/apartment owner) at the local Visa and Registration Department (OVIR).

Visas must be registered if you are staying in Russia for more than 7 business days.

If you are staying in private accommodation (eg booked through Airbnb, Booking.com etc. or with relatives) please contact your host to ensure they are aware of the new regulations and are able to register your visa at the local Visa and Registration Department (OVIR).

The Kremlin - Russian visa support needed

The Grand Kremlin Palace, former home of the Tsars, located within the Kremlin walls in Moscow.

Please note that we are not a governmental agency. Our service is designed to provide Visa Support documentation for travellers to Russia in order for them to obtain a Russian visa. Our agent in Russia will provide this documentation for travellers whose hotel will not or cannot provide this. A visa support letter is not a Russian Visa – and you must obtain your visa from the nearest Russian Consulate prior to travel.
